The Company

The roots of The Labels Specialist (LBS) dates back to the 1960s when founder of LBS, Mr. Allan Chan would help his father after school making badges for local businesses in Hong Kong, trading under the name ‘Chan Wing Kei’. It is in these early years that Mr. Chan began to develop his vast wealth of experience in the production of labels and a niche in-depth knowledge in leather.

From these grassroots, what is known today as The Labels Specialist was formally established and incorporated in 1973. Since then, LBS has flourished and continues to grow. LBS now has offices across East Asia with our own production facility of over 10,000 squared meters in Guangzhou, China.

With over 40 years of experience in the garment industry, LBS produces top-end garment labels, patches and trims for the most discerning customers all around the globe. The company’s expertise and products have gained the confidence, recognition and loyalty of some of the world’s largest clothing brands, clothiers and garment houses.
